Funkytie.com aims to despatch all orders within 48 hours: this on subject to stock availability.
Any orders received after 12.00 noon on Friday, and at any time on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and despatched on Monday. (except bank holidays).
Sometimes, due to high demand, we need to place an order for the required tie(s)
with the manufacturer. You would then be informed by email of the tie(s) being out of stock and it will take longer to get the tie(s) to you.
Please note that with all international orders we cannot be held responsible for any duties/taxes that you MAY incur when you receive your package.
Funkytie.com uses – priority - recorded delivery only – please allow 3-5 days for delivery. A signature will be
required to receive all deliveries so please ensure there will be someone at the address. You can also make full use of our address book, in which you can select a second address and have the product(s) send to either your office or as a gift to a friend’s address
We reserve the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company.
Returns
Should you not be satisfied with your purchase in any way, you can ONLY return the tie(s) in its original packaging and original condition. The tie(s) must be sent back within 7 working days of receipt.
On receipt to the returned tie(s), the refund will be made to the debit/credit card used to pay for the original order. You will be advised by email when the refund has been processed. This will usually be within 7 days of receipt of the returned tie(s).
Your statutory rights are not affected ; this means that Funkytie.com supplies goods of proper quality, as described and suitable for the purpose intended.
